My Story

Stacy Menditto gets things done.  She's heart centered, service driven, and a grateful business owner.   Through her own transformations, career and life experiences, she has stepped into entrepreneurialism and again, has learned some of the most fundamental business lessons. Her journey remains to change the world in whatever she does, one life, one business, one person, at a time. She currently lives in Denver, CO with her #MetroSexualCowboy.

from m.b.a. to corporate to entrepreneurship

When Stacy was 12 years old, she saw her Mom's income almost double by getting an education.  There wasn't a question of whether she would get a Graduate degree, although she was the first in her family.   She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science followed by a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems.  Her logistically brain solved problems from programming mistakes to detailing test protocols; her creative brain created marketing campaigns to presentations; and her intuitive nature would ask the “elephant in the room” questions to find out specifically what would win the prospect’s business.

Through climbing the corporate ladder, Stacy’s experience is vast with a common thread: creating solutions. Working closing with C-Suite executives, Stacy would be one step ahead knowing what they would need from analysis to reports, resources to answers. On the other side of the spectrum, Stacy would work along side the programmers to identify code issues or along side the clients to identify their specific needs. This led into sales positions where she has an overall understanding of operations, technology, financial, and market demands.

One of Stacy’s proudest moments was seeing a market need, developing a vendor relationship to fulfill that need, and receiving vertical departments signing off on offering that solution to their multi-million dollar clients. This required trust, thorough vetting, relationship building, executive sign-off, creativity, and persistence.

The door that closed, being let go after 11 dedicated years from the largest insurance broker in the world, led to a door that opened to a more purpose-driven and fulfilling life.

Through the journey of entrepreneurship, Stacy invests in herself through a life and business coach, reading countless books, attending intensive experiential retreats, and surrounding herself with leaders, forward thinkers, and wanting to do what’s right and good.  She is filled with an abundant, positive, and serving leadership lifestyle.  She checks judgement and quotas at the door, and walks into her prospect’s environment with openness, respect, and solutions.

a constant theme throughout stacy's life: LEADING BY SERVING

When she reflects on her life's journey, she realizes throughout her childhood, teenager, and adult years, she has always been a leader.  She is the first to dance on the dance floor, sits in the front of events, concerts, she takes the initiative in choosing things to do, where to eat, and creating spreadsheets for decision making, creating whiteboards for brainstorming sessions, and makes sure everyone has a voice at the table.

Today, through her own life experiences, Stacy has made a million dollars and made mistakes in losing the next earnings. She has landed top C-Suite jobs and lost sales positions. Stacy has closed $36M book of business and has lost a contract in a cut throat environment. She chooses not to put herself in political fire environments but rather working together for the greater good.

Some say that Stacy's enthusiasm and love for whatever she is doing is not only inspiring but also contagious. She leads to success.
