Nervous System Regulation

Ever feel like you just can’t do it again, can’t go through it again… can’t can’t can’t!! Your nervous system is probably in overload! And, guess what, when our nervous system is in this state, it's main priority is “get me safe now”!! Then, chronic illnesses, panic attacks, inflammation, etc. etc. can multiply. Science speaking, we are electrical beings and at this stage, the firing is mis-firings! Overwhelming noise, no clear path.

But there is a solution. Nervous System Regulation.

Well how?

There are many modalities, many layers. The first two layers you probably heard of - from sound healing to massages/touch to positive mindset and meditation. All these are awesome and work from the top down. The core, the source, the “real” layer is an electrical signal that our nervous system understands, it speaks its “language”. This layer works from the bottom up.

And, oh boy, does my nervous system love it!! PEMF is that layer, is that language. And 20-30 minutes a day is truly a reset, a regulation, a relief so that my nervous system can fire in alignment, on purpose, and then begin to do other priorities - such as healing.

Get to the root. Get to the source. And magic happens. Isn’t that what God intended when He created us, and Mother Nature?

Increased Capacity

I was with a friend and we were discussing what was “different’. And she summarized it into “I have increase capacity”. That landed for me as it was true. When our schedules, and even more importantly our nervous system, are in overload, we feel we don’t have any capacity for anything else. It’s almost a feeling that if one more thing shows up on my calendar, on my to-do, or if something of any size goes wrong, I will lose my mind. And however that shows up for each individual is different - whether anger, sadness, taking it out on the wrong person, driving erratically, cursing, or gorging into ice cream. No matter the situation, if we allow our ourselves an increase in capacity, we can function, manage, cope, and feel better. The moment to take the long breath. The moment to see things differently, lighter, or just not personally. An increase in capacity changes the game from survival to I’m going to be okay. How does this happen? For starters, creating daily routine or rhythms that work for you. Mine include the PEMF device every morning. It allows for the increase capacity and so my friend does the same.
